This is the final report on The Salvation Army’s delivery of the Experience Engagement Program (LEEP) in 2023. The LEEP created a forum for survivors of criminal labour exploitation to use their lived experience to directly consult with government, to assist in preventing, identifying and responding to modern slavery.
